(૪) ઉમેદવારે https://patandp.gujarat.gov.in વેબસાઈટ પરથી અરજી ફોર્મ ડાઉનલોડ કરી તેની સાથે ભાોડેટાની એક નક્શ, તાજેતરના પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝનો ફોટો, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવનું પ્રમાણપત્ર કોમ્પ્યુટર જ્ઞાન અંગેના પ્રમાણપત્રોની સ્વપ્રમાણિત કરેલ નકલ બિડવાની રહેશે. પ્રાપત્રી. પુરા કરશે તેવી અરજીઓ ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવી નહીં.
